This morning,Emerson announced a plan to spin off Network Power into a new, independent, publicly-traded company. Network Power will be the world’s leading, stand-alone provider of thermal management, A/C and D/C power, transfer switches, services and infrastructure management systems for the data center and telecommunications industries.

While we are excited for this new chapter, we are still early in this process. We expect to substantially complete the spinoff by September 30, 2016. Today’s announcement will in no way affect our work with you or our relationship as we prepare for the spinoff. Please rest assured that we will continue to partner and serve you as we always have. Your contacts will not change nor will any work schedules or projects currently underway.
